PoshBella Return & Exchange Policy

At PoshBella, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

🔄 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Sale/discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Worn, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued as store credit (usable on your next purchase).

📦 Exchange

You can exchange for a different size or product (subject to availability).
If the item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund (as per above).

🛠️ How to Request a Return

Email us at info@poshbella.co or DM us on Instagram @poshbella_closet with your order number.

Our team will schedule a reverse pickup (if available in your location) or share the return address. Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your refund/exchange.

❗Important Notes

Reverse pickup charges (₹200) may apply unless the product delivered was defective/wrong.
Please ensure secure packaging while returning to avoid damage during transit.
