  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Only size issues, wrong product received, or damaged items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products purchased on sale/discount are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

  • We offer size exchanges on eligible products, subject to availability.

  • In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If paid via COD, a store credit or UPI/bank transfer refund will be issued.

  • Return pickup is subject to availability in your area. In such cases, customers may be asked to self-ship to our warehouse.
